Here at Viva Amors, we pride ourselves in supplying our customers with the highest quality outdoor living furniture and accessories. We do understand that you may wish to return your furniture as it may not fit within your outdoor garden setting, if so you can return your goods for a full refund within 30 days after the point of delivery. However, you may be charged a restocking fee and/or handling fee to return the goods. All refunds will be processed after the goods have been delivered to our warehouse and inspected thoroughly by our team. 

In the unlikely event that you received a damaged or faulty item, please notify our team within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Goods must be fully inspected within this time frame and any damages/defects notified to our team via telephone or email. We will then ask for you to send a further email containing as many relevant details and images regarding any damage(s)/defect(s). Our team will then investigate the matter further and if required repair, replace or refund the affected parts/items. If defects or damages are not notified to our team within this time frame we will be unable to rectify the issue.
